Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping time is estimated to take between 5-6 weeks. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be potential delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently only ship to Singapore. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Keep in mind that your location, the size of the work, and packing materials will all contribute to the final cost.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer International Shipping outside of Singapore.

How do I check the status of my order?

Can I return the artwork I purchased on your website and get a refund?

All purchases are not eligible for return or refund except under exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of ArtWallStreet Pte Ltd.

Can I cancel or return a work I ordered if I change my mind?

In most cases, all sales transactions on are final. However, in the rare case that the artwork was not accurately described prior to purchase or if it was damaged when shipped, please contact us at All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Can I pick up the work in person?

Some works may be available for local pickup. Contact us at to enquire about this feasibility.
If you opt to pick up your work, our team will contact you once your order is confirmed to coordinate timing and logistics.
